The purpose of this form is to advise Selectors online of unavailability. If unavailable please check box against your name. Unchecked boxes will be assumed to be available for play.

This is a trial with a view to simplify our selection processes. It will be run as complementary to the usual Blackboard and email response (admin@huttbowls.co.nz) systems.
